See the your information we have on file and change your notification preferences.
You can find your Customer Portal profile on the Profile page.
View Details
Click your profile image in the top right, and select Profile. The basic contact information we have on file for you displays. To update any of this information, contact Support.
Idea Board Notifications
Control how often you want to receive notifications about the Idea Board under Idea Board Notifications. Select one of the following:
- Daily: Receive a daily summary email when someone comments on or updates your ideas or ideas you've commented on.
- Weekly: Receive a weekly summary email each Wednesday when someone comments on or updates your ideas or ideas you've commented on.
- None: Do not receive emails related to ideas you posted or commented on.
Notifications
Under Notifications, select which notifications you receive from us about MinistryPlatform as a product and your account.
- Product Updates: Receive communications about releases, like scheduled releases for your instance and successful updates.
- News & Events: Receive communications about news and events, like MPUG, webinars, and training near you.
- Community Life: Receive communications about important details for the MinistryPlatform community, like Support holiday closures, and system status changes.
