Log In to the Customer Portal

Instructions to log in to the Customer Portal, including how to reset your password.

  1. Go to the Customer Portal.
  2. Enter your username (email address) and password.
  3. Click Login.

Reset Your Customer Portal Password

If you are logged in to the Customer Portal:
  1. Click your profile image in the top right, and select Profile.
  2. Under Change Password, enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password.
  4. Re-enter your password to confirm it.
  5. Click Update.
If you aren't logged in to the Customer Portal:
  1. In your browser, go to the Customer Portal login screen.
  2. Click Forgot password?.
  3. Enter your email address or mobile number (if it's on your record), first name, and last name.
  4. Click Reset My Password.
  5. Follow the link in your email to reset your password. This link is valid for 24 hours.
