Diocese often allow each of their churches to select vendors and integrations that best meet their needs. However, sometimes this means they become the middle man between a church and a vendor like Twilio. Use the SMS Usage report to calculate how much you need to charge each church for their Twilio usage.
In the navigation menu, click Communications > Outbound SMS Numbers.
Click Reports > SMS Usage.
Select the start date and end date.
Click View Report.
The report displays the congregation, any SMS numbers associated with that congregation that sent messages, the cost per message, the number of SMS messages sent, and the SMS total. Now you can calculate what to charge your churches accordingly!
