Subscribe to receive reports by email or copies of reports archived to files on a regular basis.

You can subscribe to a report with Microsoft Reporting Services. The server generates a copy of the report on a schedule that you set. Create subscriptions in the report record where the report is in the Reporting Services web server from your browser.

There are many resources about subscriptions in Reporting Services. However, there are a few steps that are different to subscribe to a report originally designed to work from within MinistryPlatform. One of the MinistryPlatform administrators in our community created a document describing these steps.
