Personnel Estate Plans

Track estate plans for personnel, including information about their beneficiaries, living will, will and executor, power of attorney, as well as funeral or burial plans. Personnel records have an Estate Plans tab that shows the records for that person.

Add a Personnel Estate Plan

  • You must be a Personnel Administrator to do this.
  1. In the navigation menu, click Personnel > Personnel Estate Plans.
  2. Click New Personnel Estate Plan.
  3. Select the personnel to add an estate plan for.
  4. If the personnel has a beneficiary on file, select Yes and enter any notes you want to track about the beneficiary.
    Note: You can add related contacts as beneficiaries under Personnel > Personnel Beneficiaries.
  5. Enter any information about the personnel's funeral or burial plans, if known.
  6. Enter any information about the personnel's living will, if known.
  7. Enter any information about the personnel's power of attorney, if known.
  8. Enter any information about the personnel's will and executor, if known.
  9. Click Save.

View personnel estate plans on the Personnel Estate Plans page or on the Estate Plans tab of the Personnel record.
