Personnel Beneficiaries

Track beneficiaries for personnel. You can associate the beneficiary with a Contact record, indicate how the beneficiary is related to the personnel, and add any notes about the beneficiary relationship. Personnel records have a Beneficiaries tab that shows the records for that person.

Add a Personnel Beneficiary

  • You must be a Personnel Administrator to do this.
  • You must have permission to view this page and subpage as well as the Beneficiary Relationships page.
  1. In the navigation menu, click Personnel > Personnel Beneficiaries.
  2. Click New Personnel Beneficiary.
  3. Select the personnel to add a beneficiary for.
  4. Select the Contact record of the individual who is the beneficiary.
  5. Select the relationship of the beneficiary and the personnel.
    Admins can change these values under Personnel > Beneficiary Relationships.
  6. Click Save.

View personnel estate plans on the Personnel Beneficiaries page or on the Beneficiaries tab of the Personnel record. You can also track whether you have beneficiary information on file on Estate Plan records.
