Invoices

Contact People with Outstanding Balances

People must pay outstanding invoices through the My Invoices widget. You can remind people that they have an outstanding balance to pay.
  1. In the navigation menu, click Products & Payments > Invoices.
  2. Select the Not Paid In Full view from the view drop-down list, and make a selection of the results.
  3. Create an email template that links to the My Invoices widget page on your website. Be sure to include instructions on how people can pay their invoices.
    Tip: Merge the [Invoice GUID] field into the email so your congregants don't need to log in to pay their invoices.
