User Account Dialog Box

The User Account dialog box is available at the top right of every page. Hover over the user image and select User Account. This dialog box allows the current user to manage their account. This differs from the User record, where SPoCs and trusted staff can manage user information.

Impersonating Users

Some users can impersonate a user using the Display Name shown in the masthead. This feature is available if the person's User record has Can Impersonate set to Yes.

Note: Limit this ability to highly trusted and trained staff members. After you impersonate a user, log out so you don't continue performing actions on behalf of that user.
