A guide to help first-time MinistryPlatform users log in and get started.

MinistryPlatform is a secure web application with sensitive information about you and your church. Your data is valuable and private – we get that! To keep all your information safe, you must log in to MinistryPlatform so we know who you are and what data you can access.

All you need to see MinistryPlatform is a supported web browser, your church's MinistryPlatform URL, and your username and password. A MinistryPlatform administrator must grant you permissions through a security role to do anything more than log in.

Supported browsers include the latest versions of the following:
