Completion of Data Cleanup
Once you've cleaned up your data, you can fill out the Data Cleanup Completion Form that was provided to you after the training session. You'll also send the final version of your Totals Worksheet as the analysis report.
Submit the completion form and analysis report to let our team know that your parish is ready for the migration!
- Parishes that are part of a diocesan project: Your diocesan contact will review and assess your analysis report. They'll determine whether your parish is ready for the initial migration and entry into a wave. If additional cleanup is needed in high-priority areas, our team will reach out to discuss a plan for completion.
- Parishes that are not part of a diocesan project: Once you've reviewed your analysis report, inform your Implementation Specialist that you're ready for initial migration.
