Requirement Types
Requirements help ensure participants complete necessary tasks before an event begins. Below are the different types of requirements you can create and assign to participants.
Task Requirement
- Admins or Team Leaders complete these on behalf of the participants.
- Admins or Team Leaders going on the trip need to have another admin complete their requirements.
- Examples:
- Meeting attendance
- Church membership verification
- Background checks (if you do not integrate with Protect My Ministry in Go Method)
User Upload Requirement
- Participants must upload a document.
- Examples:
- Passport
- Driver's license
- Immunization records
Signed Document Requirement
- Participants must electronically sign legal documents.
- Examples:
- Leader agreements
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Volunteer agreements
- Release and assumption of risk
- Code of conduct
- Photo licensing agreement
- Consent forms
- CTO release
Read & Accept Requirement
- Participants must review and accept guidelines, policies, or important documents.
- Admins can upload a file for reference.
- Examples:
- Volunteer training requirements
- Non-legal policies that don't require signatures
- Fundraising rules
- Travel policies
- Orientation meeting rules
- Course requirements/URLs checklist
Download & Upload Requirement
- Participants must download a document (e.g., notarized forms), complete it, and upload it back.
- Examples:
- Travel waivers and forms
- Technology agreements
- Medical forms
- Child protection policy
Question Form Requirement
- Questions that are used to collect information or preferences from participants that are trip specific and don't have to be on a global profile or in an application.
- Examples:
- Trip leader qualifications
- Trip insights
- Trip specific questions (e.g., Have you ever been out of the country? Can you run a 5k? Do you know how to use power tools? Do you work well with others?)
