SpeedCheck

SpeedCheck automates the process of scanning and depositing contributors' checks into ACS, streamlining the installation, batch processing, review, deposit, reporting, and transaction import steps.

Note: SpeedCheck will be available until May 31, 2025. After that, the third-party software that handles Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) is being discontinued. This means you won't be able to scan checks using this process after May 31.

Before this process is disabled, we encourage you to check out our other processes for entering contributions.

SpeedCheck makes it easier for churches and parishes to manage contributions and payments by connecting their contribution database, online banking, and SpeedCheck Scanner. This is useful for organizations that handle a lot of donations, payments or daycare fees every week. You can use it on your computer/server or with our OnDemand service. It's all about making things more efficient, secure, accurate, and safe.

  • Deposit funds and record contributions from anywhere.
  • Scan checks and send the information to any U.S. bank.
  • Distribute gifts to multiple funds.
  • See pictures of deposited checks right from your donor records

Here's an overview of the process of automating contributions using Speedcheck:

  1. Scan your checks as batches and calculate the expected total for each batch.
  2. Balance your check batch amounts.
  3. Review and approve your check batches.
  4. Deposit your check batches.
  5. View and print SpeedCheck reports.
  6. Import the transactions into ACS.
