Customize Event Registration Receipts
When creating an event, you can customize the receipt.
You can also customize the message that displays at the top of the event receipt or keep the default message. As you enter a custom message, the number of characters remaining displays. You can also clear the message if you don't want to print a confirmation message on the receipt.
If you want to customize the default message, you must do so in Access ACS.
- On the Calendar tab, click Calendar.
- Select the event with the receipt you want to customize.
- In the Actions group, click Edit Event.
- In the Event Details window, click the Registration tab.
- Click Customize Receipt.
- Under Your Custom Message, enter a custom message that displays on the receipt. The summary information always prints.
- Under Additional Information, select the additional options to include on the receipt. You can include event details and images and links to files for downloading. You can also print receipts for all registrants or per individuals.
- Click Save & Close.
