Event Type Fields
Event types can contain up to 21 different fields. Fields can be required or optional.
| Field Type | Purpose | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Yes/No | A check box that can be used to answer a yes/no question. | Church Member check box for a Funeral event type. |
| Currency | A field that can be used to enter dollar amounts. | Custodial Fees for a Community Event type. |
| Date | A field that contains dates. | Date of Birth for a Baptism event. |
| Individual | A lookup field that contains a name from your list of users. | Bride's Name for a Wedding event type. |
| Integer | A field that can contain positive or negative whole numbers (e.g., 1, 4, 0, -3, 1000). | Number of Bridesmaids for a wedding event type. |
| Decimal | A field that contains any number (e.g., 1, 4.2, 0, -2.2). | Number of Servings for a luncheon. |
| Phone | A field that contains any phone number. | Contact's Phone Number for a luncheon event type. |
| Text | A field that contains any phone number. | Location of Reception for a wedding event type. |
| Time | A field that contains times. | Serving Time for a luncheon event type. |
