Calendars are the central focus of ACS Facility Scheduler .

You can:

• create multiple calendars and restrict who can view and edit them

• assign different resource categories to each calendar to restrict what resources are available for it 

• subscribe to an RSS news feed to view events (all calendars have this capability)

• assign a unique color to each calendar to differentiate events assigned to it.
