In ACS Facility Scheduler, individuals are people who do not use any compatible ACS Technologies software.

Individuals are usually people that you list as contacts for your events, such as event coordinators and volunteers. You can create new user accounts for individuals.

You can delete an individual who is not a contact for any event. ACS Facility Scheduler does not let you delete an individual related to a user or event. If you try to, a message displays where you can view and print reasons that prevent you from deleting the individual.
