Export a CSV file for use in spreadsheets or other programs.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards.
2. Click a dashboard tab.
3. To display a list of profiles, click an entry or graph point.
4. Select the check box next to each record you want to export, or select the box at the top to choose all.
5. In the actions drop-down list, select Export (.csv). Note that the list does not display until you select at least one record.
6. To open the file, follow the notification displayed by your browser. You can also get it from the report log.

Send mass invitations to use Realm.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards.
2. Click a dashboard tab.
3. Click an entry or graph point to display a list of profiles.
4. Select the check box next to each person you want to invite, or select the box at the top to choose all.
5. From the actions drop-down list, select Invite to Realm. Note that the list does not display until you select the check box next to at least one record.

Labels from the Overview, Attendance, and Involvement dashboards.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards.
2. Click a dashboard tab.
3. Click an entry or graph point to display a list of profiles.
4. Select the check box next to each record you want to export, or select the box at the top to choose all.
5. From the actions drop-down list, select Print Individual Labels. Note that the list does not display until you select at least one record.
6. Labels are downloaded as a PDF. To open it, follow the notification displayed by your browser. You can also get it from the report log.

Quickly add multiple individuals to a group or pathway.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards.
2. Click a dashboard tab.
3. Click an entry or graph point to display a list of profiles.
4. If you like, click to filter the results. Select the check box next to each record you want to add to a pathway, or select the box at the top to choose all.
5. From the actions drop-down list, select Add to Pathway or Add to Group. Note that the list does not display until you select the check box next to at least one record.
6. Select a pathway and click Add.

On any dashboard, create a printable report.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards.
2. Click the Overview, Pledges, Attendance, or Involvement tab.
3. Click an entry or graph point to display a list of profiles.
4. Select the records you want to include, and click .

Broadcast emails from Realm on any dashboard.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards.
2. Click a dashboard tab.
3. Click an entry or graph point to display a list of profiles.
4. Select the check box next to each person you want to email, or select the box at the top to choose all.
5. From the actions drop-down list, select Send Email. Note that the list does not display until you select the check box next to at least one record.
6. Enter a Subject and Message.
7. To add an attachment, click Add a file. Click Choose File and locate the attachment on your computer.
8. If you want to schedule the email to send at a later date, select the date and time from the Send Email drop-down menu.
9. Click Send.
   Note:

   • If your list includes children, their parents receive the email, too.

   • After you send the emails, you are told the number of people who received it and the number who did not. If you choose, a list of the latter –along with their available contact information– will be emailed to you in an Excel spreadsheet.

Text a group of people from wherever Realm already lists them — a dashboard, a group, a pathway, a serving team, or a query.

1. Go to the people you want to text, then select them.

   • A dashboard. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards. Click the name of the dashboard.

   • A group. Locate the group, then click the Participants tab, or Parents/Guardians for the parents and guardians of participants.

   • A pathway. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Pathways. In the side menu, click Current or Past, click the name of the pathway, then click the People tab. To reach past participants, click Current Participants and select Past Participants.

   • A serving team. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Volunteers/Serving > Volunteer Teams/Serving Teams Click the name of the team, then click the Roster tab.

   • A custom query. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Custom Query. Run the query.

   Tip: On a dashboard or a query, everyone is selected by default. Elsewhere, select the box above the list to text everyone.
2. In the Select an Action drop-down menu, select Send One-Way Text.
3. Enter the content of your text.
4. Optional: To receive a copy on your own phone, select Send a text to my mobile phone. This is off by default.
5. Click Send.
