Associate a Badge Template

Assign a badge template to a check-in kiosk.

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Kiosks permission.

After you've created a badge template, you can associate it with a kiosk, ministry area, or group.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Check-In.
  2. On the Kiosks tab, click the ellipsis icon next to a kiosk and select Edit.
  3. In the Who Can Check In section, click the Badge Template drop-down list. If you are using the all groups option, select a kiosk name. If you are using a kiosk for specific groups, select a ministry area/group.
  4. Select a badge template.
  5. Click Save.
