Keywords

Delete Unused Keywords

CAUTION: This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.

With this process, you can delete any keywords that are not being used in your records. If you share data, this process deletes the unused keywords from all programs.

  1. On the File menu in your PDS program, click System Processes > Delete Unused Keywords.
  2. Click Find Unused Keywords.
    The list displays all keywords that have not been selected in any records.
  3. To remove all of the unused keywords in the list, click Delete Unused Keywords.
