With the My Contributions Statement widget, people who are logged in can view and download PDFs of their giving statements and update their statement delivery method.

• Use of this widget requires authentication. That means, the user must log in first.
• This widget displays one statement for each year a statement exists.
• This widget displays the current year plus up to four previous years, if statements for those years exist.
• If you select Save as PDF, the widget downloads a PDF of the selected statement.
• The selected defaults to most recent year (per accounting company).
• Statements display for the statement contact and statement spouse when either is logged in.
  Note: Statements do not display for other donors associated with a statement through statement donors.

When a person who's logged in selects this option, it updates the corresponding Stmt Method field on their donor record to Email/Online. Clear this option to set the Stmt Method field to Postal Mail.
