Event Widgets

Learn more about event widgets, including the Event Finder, Event Details & Registration, Invoice Details & Payment, My Invoices, and Plan Your Visit widgets.

Our event widgets work together to provide a seamless experience from searching for an event to seeing its details to registering and paying. We even have a widget for visitors to plan a visit - their first event at your church!

  • Event Finder: Displays featured available online events occurring in the next 360 days, and displays all non-featured available online events occurring in the next 120 days.
  • Event Details & Registration: Displays details for a single event and allows for free or paid registration.
  • Invoice Details & Payment: People can register themselves and others for free or paid events.
  • My Invoices: Authenticated users can view invoices from the past 360 days and pay outstanding balances.
  • Plan Your Visit: People can express interest in attending and prepare to visit your church.

Widget Synergy

Want to use the event widgets so people can find an event, register for it, and pay? You'll need to add three pages: Event Finder, Event Details & Registration, and Invoice Details & Payment. Use those page URLs to reference each other.

When you configure each of your event widgets and include another event widget in your required attributes, they work together to guide people through the event registration process.

An infographic showing how the event widgets work together: the navy blue block displays the Event Finder widget; the light blue block displays the Event Details & Registration widget; the green block displays the Invoice Details & Payment widget; and the yellow block displays the Partner Payment page. All blocks include the end of the relevant page's URL and the relevant attribute URLs, and there are gray arrows between each colored block.
