The Selected Sacrament Notification Letter is available on the following Pages in Catholic systems only:

Parameters
- Letter: Select the letter you want to print, then click View Report. We provide three generic Letter records (First Communion Sacrament Notification, Confirmation Sacrament Notification, and Marriage Sacrament Notification), which are associated with their respective sacrament pages. You can edit and customize these, or you can create new Letters and associate them with the relevant sacrament page to use in this report.
- Include Acknowledgment: Defaults to No, but you can select Yes to print an acknowledgment of receipt that the parish of baptism can return to you.
Be sure to click View Report to load any changes you make to parameters.
Note: Consider the following regarding fields used in this report:
- The address that displays is the Mailing Address on the Sacrament Place record. If it isn't entered, the place's Address is used instead.
- The church that displays comes from the Parish field on the sacrament record. If you want to customize the way this displays on the letter, you can enter a value for the Parish name and location on the sacrament record.
- Only two sponsors or witnesses print on the letter, and the order they print depends on the Print Order on the Sponsor or Witness records.
- Make sure the individual you're printing has a Baptism record. If they don't have, you can still generate the letter, but the fields from the Baptism record will be blank.
