Share a schedule link with volunteers and manage what they can see or do.

1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Volunteers/Serving > Volunteer Teams/Serving Teams.
2. On the Serving Teams page, click the team's name to open a detailed view.
3. Click the Schedules tab.
4. Click next to the name of the schedule, then select Get shareable link.
5. If you want volunteers to add themselves to the schedule, enable Volunteer Signup.
6. Select which volunteers others can see on the public schedule.
7. Click Copy Link. You can now share this schedule's link on your website, in an email, or in other online communication.
8. If Volunteer Signup is enabled, click Email Schedule Link to send the link to all volunteers.
