Learn how team leaders use the Connect to manage their personal serving profiles, or Realm >Volunteer Management to communicate with their teams, and create, publish, and manage volunteer schedules.
Team leaders can use Connect on their mobile devices or in a browser to view and update their serving profiles, set their availability, find and express interest in service opportunities, and view communications and schedules.
Team leaders with additional permissions can manage team communications and content, create and publish schedules, and assign volunteers to time slots. As a volunteer with added responsibilities, your church administrator grants you specific permissions to manage your team in Realm, their church management software.
