Group Communication

View Member Notification Settings

See the notification settings for group members.

Group leaders can view the notification settings for each member in a group, and whether the member has a login to Realm. You can also see if a group member doesn't have a login or a method of communication.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Connect. Then click Groups.
  2. Click the group's name.
  3. Click the Participants tab.
  4. The icons next to each group member's name indicate what notification settings they use, and whether they have a Realm login.
    Note:

    Notification Settings

    the person icon in a circle— Member has a Realm login.

    the envelope icon— Member receives email notifications from this group.

    the smartphone icon— Member uses the mobile app and receives app notifications from this group.

    the circle with a line through it— Member does not receive communication from this group.
