Email the Entire Church

Send an email message to your church.

The Church group contains everybody in your data. It is automatically updated when a profile is added, deleted, or marked inactive. You can use this group to email your entire church.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Groups > All Groups.
  2. On the right side of the page, in the My Groups section, click your church name.
  3. Click Send Email.
  4. By default, Everyone is selected for distribution.
  5. Enter a Subject and Message.
  6. If you have an attachment, click Add File to attach a file from your computer.
  7. If you want to schedule the email to send at a later date, select the date and time from the Send Email drop-down menu.
  8. Click Send.
