One-Way Texts

View One-Way Text Usage

If you've enabled text messaging for your church, you can view one-way text usage.

Warning:

New sign-ups for Realm texting are currently disabled.

We have extended our partnership with Constant Contact to provide a SMS texting solution as an option for Realm. Click for more information.

You can export your existing Realm texting opt-in records to import into Constant Contact.

Administrators can view information on text usage for one-way texting. You can view the number of texts sent by each authorized user with responsibility for a specific time period.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > Text Messaging.
  2. Click the All Text Usage drop down, then select One-Way Texts.
  3. You can filter the chart to view the number of texts used within a specific time frame.
  4. In the Text Breakdown section, you can view how many texts were sent by individuals.
