One-Way Texts

View One-Way Text Usage

If you've enabled text messaging for your church, you can view one-way text usage.

Realm provides administrators information on text usage for one-way texting. You can view the number of texts sent by each authorized user with responsibility for a specific time period.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Communications > Text Messaging.
  2. Click the All Text Usage drop down, then select One-Way Texts.
  3. You can filter the chart to view the number of texts used within a specific time frame.
  4. In the Text Breakdown section, you can view how many texts were sent by individuals.
