Mute notifications from a chat.

1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Connect. Then click Communications > Chat.
2. Click the chat.
3. To mute notifications, click .
4. Choose a mute duration. You can select a certain time-frame, such as 1 hour, or mute the notification until you choose to turn it back on.
5. Click Mute.
