Mark Ministers Who Cannot Serve Certain Weeks

With this quick posting, you can select or clear the Cannot Serve Weeks checkboxes for multiple minister records simultaneously. These display in the minister's Date Restrictions window.

  1. On the Information tab, click Ministers > Quick Posting > Cannot Serve Weeks.
  2. Select whether to use automatic updating or individual entry, then click Next.
  3. If you selected automatic updating:
    1. Make selections to build your list of records to process, then click Next.
    2. To assign different Cannot Serve Weeks to each minister, select the first option. Or, to assign the same values to your entire list, select the second option, and select which weeks to post. Click Next.
  4. If you selected individual entry:
    1. Select the week(s), select a minister, and click Add Minister to List.
    2. Repeat this for each record you want to process. When you're finished, click Next.
  5. Review your list. If needed, change the checkboxes in the grid. When you're ready to post to the selected records, click Next.
  6. To post, click Finish.
