Post Number of Ministers Needed

With this quick posting, you can post the number of ministers needed for a ministry on mass records. This displays in the Mass Ministry grid on each mass record.

  1. On the Information tab, click Masses > Quick Posting > Number of Ministers Needed.
  2. Select whether to use automatic updating or individual entry, then click Next.
  3. If you selected automatic updating:
    1. Make selections to build your list of records to process, then click Next.
    2. To add different numbers of ministers for each mass, select the first option. Or, to add the same number for your entire list, select the second option, and select/enter the information in the grid. Click Next.
  4. If you selected individual entry:
    1. Select the ministry, enter the number of ministers required, select a mass, and click Add Mass to List.
    2. Repeat this for each record you want to process. When you're finished, click Next.
  5. Review your list. If needed, add or edit any ministry or minister information. When you're ready to post to the selected records, click Next.
  6. To post, click Finish.
