New and Improved Features
Tax Updates
- We made required changes to the state tax tables for 2024 for Arkansas, Georgia, Ohio, and Kansas. These were released and went into effect on July 1, 2024. Be sure you've completed June payroll before loading these changes.

Reset Income Source and/or Vendor Totals
- Sometimes, you may be in a scenario where your totals do not match your transactions. If you understand why they are off and need to fix them all at once instead of one by one, you can use our new system process. We recommend that only admins run this process, if absolutely needed. For steps, see Reset Income Source or Vendor Totals.
PDS Emails using Gmail
- There's a new option for sending emails via PDS if you have a Gmail account. To use this method, update your Email Server settings. And make sure you authorize access so PDS can send emails using your Gmail account.Note: If you previously set up a Gmail App Password, we recommend switching to the new Gmail OAuth 2.0 API method. This method is more secure and recommended by Google.
