Delete a Registration Form

Make sure you've removed the registration form you intend to delete from your website or other location where families accessed it.

You can delete a registration form that is no longer needed. This makes the form unavailable to families.

  1. On the Information tab, click Students > Processes then, on the Formation Processes tab, click Register Families and Enroll Students Online.
  2. If you don't see your list of forms, select either Create/Edit Web Registration Form (if you need to delete a web form) or Create/Edit and Email Registration Form (if you need to delete an email form). Then, select the form you want to delete in the list.
  3. Click Delete Form.
  4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the selected registration form.

The deleted form is no longer available for families to fill out or for you to receive information from.
