After you download and install OnDemand, you can sign in on a Windows PC.

1. Double-click the OnDemand icon on your desktop.

   

   The Logon prompt displays. If you are not prompted to sign in, exit OnDemand and try again.
2. Enter your user name and password, then click Sign In.

   

   Tip: Forgot your password? You can reset it.

Sign in on a Mac.

1. Double-click the OnDemand icon.
2. Click Go.
