Sign in on a Windows PC.

1. Double-click the OnDemand icon.
2. Enter your user name and password.
3. Click Sign In.
   Tip: If you are not prompted to sign in, exit OnDemand and restart it.

Sign in on a Mac.

1. Double-click the OnDemand icon.
2. Click Go.
3. Enter your user name and password.
4. Click Sign In.
