Your Customer Portal Profile
On the Profile page of the Customer Portal, you can see your information that we have on file and change your notification preferences.
View Details
Click your profile image in the top right, and select Profile. The basic contact info we have on file for you displays. If any of this information needs to be updated, contact Support.
Idea Board Notifications
- Daily - Receive a daily summary email when comments or status changes are made to your Ideas or Ideas you have commented on.
- Weekly - Receive a weekly summary email each Wednesday when comments or status changes are made to your Ideas or Ideas you have commented on.
- None - Do not receive emails related to Ideas you post or Ideas you have commented on.
Notifications
- Product Updates - Communications related to releases, like when there's a scheduled release for your instance and when an update was successfully applied.
- News & Events - Communications related to news and events, like MPUG, webinars, and training near you.
- Community Life - Communications related to important details for the MP Community, like Support holiday closures, and system status changes.
