Create a Customer Portal Account

Access is available for all current, active MinistryPlatform customers who have completed Onboarding. Once you have access, you can create an account.

  1. Go to the Customer Portal.
  2. Click Get Started.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Follow the link in your email to set a password and create your account.

You'll be notified if your email is not found in our system. If this happens, you can contact Support to help get access to the Customer Portal.
