Reset Your Customer Portal Password
If you are logged in to the Customer Portal:
- Click your profile image in the top right, and select Profile.
- Under "Change Password", enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password by entering it again.
- Click Update.
If you aren't logged in to the Customer Portal:
- In your browser, go to the Customer Portal login screen.
- Click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address or mobile number (if it's on your record), first name, and last name.
- Click Reset My Password.
- Follow the link in your email to reset your password (valid for 24 hours).
