Custom Charts
Learn how churches can create custom charts using SQL and receive support in creating complex charts.
MinistryPlatform churches can create their own custom charts with knowledge of SQL. Occasionally, a church can imagine a page chart that they can't create with their SQL knowledge.
Example
You want a page chart that displays email volume sent over time.
In this example, this chart is complicated to make because it needs to convert the message start date to a month or a year and format the date accordingly.
In a situation like this, the church can create the chart with the label and data fields it wants and then send an email including the details outlined in Free View Assists to Support. If your chart qualifies for a free assist, we will log in to the church's system and add the complex criteria in the setup area. If not, we will provide you an estimate.
