Discounted Secured Users Program
Learn more about the cost savings for users with specific security roles, automatically enrolling eligible churches at renewal.
We designated certain security roles as discounted. If your users are granted one, two, or three of these roles, they cost less each month in user support. If they have four or more such roles OR if they have any other security roles, they will be normal secured users.
You are automatically enrolled in the discounted user program at their next renewal, as long as you pay the current retail rate for their edition of MinistryPlatform.
Discounted Secured Users
Users with three or fewer of these security roles qualify for a discount. The price for a discounted user depend on your edition. For pricing, call 1-800-736-7425.
Security roles that qualify include:
- MyCallsPortalPage
- Care Connect Case Manager
- Care Connect Case Administrator

Provided your church has the discounted users program enabled in the ACST billing system, the Users With Security Roles page view displays which users qualify as discounted users:
