Reports, Routines, and Notifications - Released June 18-19, 2024
You can now filter reports with Participant Types by Member Status to learn more about your members. Our Catholic users can now add three grades of Holy Orders to Baptism Certificates. We've also deprecated the previous Sacraments Report and fixed several bugs.
Reports
- *NEW* Now you can use the new SMS Usage Report to manage your Twilio account more easily! View the number of messages sent from a specific phone number for each Congregation and the total costs for those messages over a certain time period. This way, you can manage your estimated message costs per Congregation over a specific time frame. Find this report under . Learn more here.
- *NEW* All reports with Participant Type as a report filter can now also filter for Member Status. This will help you report on your membership! You can also use the Member Status filter to filter the following reports:
- Contacts Daily Birthday list
- New Participants By Week report
- Participant Analysis report
- Selected Group Attendee Search report
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Form Responses report wouldn't run if Add Parents was set to Yes.
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Form Responses Report wouldn't return a minor's birthday and gender gathered from registration if you used the Form Answers Export. Now you'll see the child's birthday and gender, even if it's not already on the Contact Record.
- Fixed that issue on the Selected Form Response Report that created two records for a person that abandoned and then later completed registration for the same event. Now, abandoned registrations are entirely excluded from this report when Show Cancelled is set to No.
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Label 1 Per Family report limits the city, state, and zip code line to 31 characters.
- Fixed an issue where printing labels that used Avery 5160 labels were out of alignment.
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Group Nametags: Avery 5963 report didn't align correctly for print.
- Fixed an issue in the User Permissions: Reports & Tools report where if you set Requires a Role to No, the report still included those without a security role. Now, to remove those without a role, you must set Requires a Role to Yes.
- Fixed an issue where the Accounting Company Summary Columns in the Donor Standard Statement didn't break at the proper location for multiple-page statements.
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Donor Donation report didn't list selected donors in alphabetical order. Donors are now listed alphabetically.
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Labels Envelope No report didn't fit Avery 5160 labels.
Notifications
- Fixed an issue where Heads of Household received more than one Event Registration Message when they registered for an Event for a minor. Now, if there isn't an email on file for the minor you register, the Head of Household only receives one Event Registration Message. Goodbye duplicate emails!
- Fixed an issue with the links in the User Task Notification daily email reminders. Now you can click the links to view and manage your outstanding tasks.
- Fixed an issue where the Opportunity Response Message returned the Contact's First Name instead of the Nickname.
Catholic Sacrament Reports
Note: These enhancements are available in Catholic instances only. But, we know that other denominations track sacraments and may need exports and certificates. If that's you, please let us know how we can serve your needs by entering your feedback on the Idea Board.
- *NEW* We've added an option to add the three grades of Holy Orders of Deacon, Priest, and Bishop to Baptism Certificates. So if you create a Baptism Certificate for a member with an existing Holy Orders-type Sacrament record, the certificate displays one of the corresponding notations based on the details provided on the record. If you select the Report parameter to include these notations, they display on the Notations page for Baptism-type Sacrament Certificates. Notation options include the following:
- If you select a Deacon, the notation prints in the Diaconate section of the Baptism Certificate.
- If you select a Priest, the notation prints in the Priesthood section of the Baptism Certificate.
- If you select Bishop, there is no notation on the Baptism Certificate as those records are kept at the Apostolic Nunciature in Washington, D.C. and in Vatican City.
- *NEW* You can now print Sacrament Certificates in Landscape Mode!
- *NEW* We've changed how addresses work in the Sacrament Notification Letter so you can include both the mailing address and the physical address. Want to include a Contact's physical address on the Sacrament Notification Letter, but need to mail it to a P.O. box? Now you can! Just make sure you have addresses in both the Address and Mailing Address fields to display both addresses on the letter.
- Deprecated the previous Sacraments Report.
- Fixed an issue so the Sacrament Certificate Report is now centered on the page when you print it as a PDF.
- Fixed an issue so the Selected Sacrament Certificate Report is now centered on the page.
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Sacrament Notification Letter report didn't display any letters.
- Fixed an issue in the Selected Sacrament where the mother's name didn't display on the Baptism Certificate if you left the father's name field blank.
- Fixed an issue where the Selected Sacrament Notification Letter report didn't include the country, foreign country, or country codes in the address of the originating Baptism parish.
- Fixed an issue where the Mother field was blank for the Selected Sacrament Export report when there was a mother listed in the Household.
