App users can see all the push notifications they receive in one place: the Notifications Inbox.

When someone receives a push notification on their device, it shows for a limited amount of time. If they dismiss the notification, there's no way to get back to it from their device. That's where the Notifications Inbox comes in!

In the Notifications Inbox, users can see a list of all their notifications sorted by date, with the most recent ones at the top. Note that the Notifications Inbox only displays notifications that were sent after August 25, 2025 when this feature was released.

Each notification includes the title and body, along with the date and time received. If the notification has a link attached (indicated by an arrow on the right side), the user can tap it to go there. If the user decides they no longer need to see a notification in their inbox, they can tap the trash can icon to remove it. This will permanently delete the notification for that user, and neither an administrator nor Support can retrieve it.
