Provide a way for your users to give feedback via PocketPlatform.

When an app user fills out the Feedback Form, an entry is created in MinistryPlatform so you can follow up as needed. This is like the Prayer & Feedback widget—but for your app!

• Because the user must be logged in to see this, the form does not ask for name and email. This information is included in the Feedback Response record so you can follow up with the person if needed.
• The user can select the type of feedback to provide, which allows for better organization and prioritization on your end. (These options come from the Platform under System Lookups > Feedback Types.)
• Once submitted, a Prayer & Feedback Entry is created for the contact and can be managed in MinistryPlatform.
