Task Status Indicator
Every record of MinistryPlatform has a Task status indicator, which is the colored light or dot you see on the data grid and at the top of an open record. This light indicates the status of any outstanding Tasks for this specific question:
- Green: There are no outstanding Tasks for this record for any User.
- Yellow: There is an outstanding Task for this record for any User.
- Red: There is a rejected Task for this record for any User.
There are no other potential colors for these indication lights.
Note: You can also use the red light for other things, such as "flagging" Contact or Participant records.
