View Journeys & Milestones
There are several ways to see and report on journeys and milestones, including by search, by view, by reports per page, and by process.
Milestones Assigned by Search
To search for who has which milestone assigned, you can do one of the following:
- In the navigation menu, click Milestones. Open the Milestone record, and search on the Participants tab.
- In the navigation menu, click .
Milestones Assigned by View
- At Prior Church
- By Person
- Follow-Up: All
- Follow-Up: COMPLETE
- Follow-Up: REPEAT
- Last 30 Days
- Next Milestone Needed
- Waiting On Me
- YTD Not at Prior Church
Once you determine the records to take action on, you can use any of the common Selected Contact reports (like labels or mail merge) and other tools (like the New Message Tool) to quickly communicate to people in the journey process.
Milestones Assigned by Report
There are several reports related to journeys and milestones available. For more information on all reports available in MinistryPlatform, see the Alphabetical List of Reports.
- Journey Participants – View the people on each journey. Find those that need a specific milestone. Create a selection if needed.
- Milestones Summary – This report summarizes Milestone records within a specific date range.
- Selected Milestone Summary – This report summarizes milestones assigned to participants for the selected milestones.
- Milestones Summary by Ministry – This report summarizes Milestone records within a specific date range by ministry.
- Milestones By Week – View a graphical and numerical summary of milestones grouped by week and year.
- Selected Milestone Letter – Select the milestones assigned to participants and run this report to create a letter. It's addressed to the person who accomplished the milestone. The text comes from the Letter Body and Letter From fields on the Milestone record.
- Selected Contact Journeys – Review the journeys and milestones for the selected people.
Milestones Assigned by Process
You can set up a process to assign a task or send a message when you assign a specific milestone to someone.
