Pre-Loaded Templates
Your MinistryPlatform instance comes pre-loaded with several default Templates. You can use the default Templates the way they are, edit them as needed, or create your own Templates.
The following templates come pre-loaded in your MinistryPlatform instance.

Background Check Approved Manually | Alert that a background check was marked "all clear" manually rather than automatically by the background check company. |

| Contact Log Future Assignment |
Reminder to complete an upcoming Contact Log assignment. |
| Group Attendance Notification |
Reminder sent to the Group Leader to submit group attendance for their group. |
| Happy Birthday! | Email sent on the recipient's birthday, wishing them a happy birthday. |
| Household Care Needed |
Alert that a Household Care request has been assigned to the recipient. |
| Maintenance Request Completed |
Alert sent to the requester that their Maintenance Request has been completed. |
| Maintenance Request Confirmation | Confirmation sent to the requester that their Maintenance Request has been submitted. |

Alert to the user responsible for Maintenance Requests that a new request has been submitted. |

Reminder sent to the task owner of MinistryPlatform tasks that need to be completed. |

Alert sent to the Primary Contact of an Opportunity that a new Opportunity Response has been submitted. |
