Find your Cloud URL for Cloud Tools & Batch Manager
Warning: Do not edit unless directed to do so by the MinistryPlatform team.
- Launch one of your Cloud Tools, such as the Add/Edit Family Tool.
- Copy the URL.
- Remove everything after the domain.
If your site is "https://example.cloudapps.ministryplatform.cloud/CloudTools-3.7.2/Family/...", the Cloud URL would be "https://example.ministryplatform.cloud".
Find Your Cloud URL for Connect Suite & Template Editor

- Launch one of your Connect Suite applications (for example, Care Connect) or the Template Editor.
- Copy the URL.
- Remove everything after the domain.
If your site is "https://example.cloudapps.ministryplatform.cloud/connect/care", the Cloud URL would be "https://example.cloudapps.ministryplatform.cloud".
Local Tools
If you're located outside of North America, you may configure your tools to run on the same domain as your Platform. In this case, you may have a different Cloud URL from the one configured.
- Check to see if you have more than one version of your tools labeled to differentiate between Local and Cloud.
- Use a Cloud version with the Alternative Method above.
