LifeApps - February 2022
LifeApps are getting better! This release is all about enhancements and squashing bugs. So get excited about an improved LifeApps experience.
CareLife
- Updated the CareLog so that Show Completed is set as the default.
- Fixed an issue where Users were able to access other instances of CareLife.
GroupLife
- Enhanced GroupLife so that approving a Group inquiry will update the Default Contact with the correct Contact record.
- Enhanced GroupLife to hide Group Members who have opted out of texting when the new message type Text is selected.
- Enhanced GroupLife so that one Meeting will be created per event, no matter how many rooms are associated with the meeting.
- Enhanced GroupLife Attendance to show Participant's Group Role names.
- Enhanced GroupLife Attendance to display the Group Participant's end date. The Group Leader will not be able to edit or take attendance for the end dated Group Participant.
- Added an image placeholder for Group Members without pictures to the attendance section.
- Fixed an issue where empty groups did not display in GroupLife. Empty Groups will display as long as the Group has a Primary Contact.
- Fixed an issue where GroupLife was not honoring the APIUser Mass Email quota. Group Leaders and Primary Contacts without security roles will be able to email and text their Group members.
- Fixed an issue where removing a Member on the Members tab did not immediately remove them from the About tab.
- Fixed an issue where clicking on the User Account Menu returned HTML code.
