Build Your Website With MinistryPlatform Widgets

MinistryPlatform widgets help to automatically keep your website information up-to-date!

What is a widget?

A widget is a block of content you can add to your website that provides information or interaction for website visitors. For example, you can add a widget that shows information about upcoming events, and add another widget that allows people to register for each event.

Both Refresh Websites and MinistryPlatform have widgets that you can choose from. For more information about the widgets available in Refresh Websites, see Widgets - Website Help.

What are MinistryPlatform widgets?

In MinistryPlatform, you can configure a variety of widgets that are related to your records. These widgets are synced with your data, which means when you place a MinistryPlatform widget on your website, it will always be up-to-date with the information you enter in the Platform.

For example, in the case of the Event Finder widget, you might decide you need to change the event's time. When you make this change to the event in MinistryPlatform, the widget on your website will automatically update to match the Platform's data.

This means that you don't have to spend extra time updating your website. It's already done for you!

How do I add widgets to my website?

When you edit your website, you'll be able to add the widget code that you configured to your website.

To configure each MinistryPlatform widget, see the "Widget Configuration" help topic for the specific widget you want to add to your website.

For help with adding the code to your website, see Duda's product documentation and Duda University.
