If you have a check where the Batch Manager Tool does not read the Item Number, Account Number, and/or Routing Number or puts it in the wrong field, it's most likely the MICR formatting (no spaces, too many spaces, extra symbols, and so on). Often times if this happens, it happens for a particular Bank or check stock. We can adjust the Batch Manager Tool to read this style of check to save you time.
