Batch Manager Tool (BMT)

Edit Batch Properties

Update a batch's properties either from the BMT home screen or in the opened batch.

When working in a batch, you can see a summary of the batch name, batch total, and item count in the top right corner of the Batch Manager Tool (BMT) screen. You can't finalize the batch until the donation count and total match the batch properties.
Note: If you go back and change the batch setup date, payment type, or currency after you enter donations, it does NOT retroactively apply to the entered donations. It does, however, apply to all additional donations entered into that batch after you made the change.
From the BMT Home Page:
  1. On the home page, click the three dots; ellipsis next to the batch you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the batch properties as needed.
  4. Click Save.
From the Open Batch:
  1. From the open batch, click Edit.
